Big update to start the year.

It's been a while, but it's time for another big site update. Let me cut right to the list:

• New "Virtual Sets": Ever wanted to see all of the Indiana Jones cards or all of the Marvel sets? Well now you can with the new "virtual sets" that I have added to the top of the sets list in the gallery. There are several categories, go try it out!
  
• Subscriber Feature: Collection Archive: If you're a subscriber (or become a subscriber), you can now generate a current archive of every card you've uploaded to Sketch Collectors. This archive not only includes the images, but also a handy text file that can be imported into your own database or spreadsheet.
  
• Select all now in private messages: There is now a "select all" checkbox for private messages. This should save time when it's time to clean up those inboxes.
  
• Stop receiving the e-mail updates: Not that you'd want to, but you can now check the "Do NOT send me updates about site news" box on the "Personal Settings" page to stop receiving e-mail updates.
